1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
The use of the websites https://israel.stellacenter.com and https://ketamindclinic.com/ (hereinafter: the “Websites”) by the user (hereinafter: the “User”) is subject to the User’s full and unqualified acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. The Company (hereinafter: the “Company”) reserves the right to update these terms from time to time without prior notice. Use of the Website following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This section is a fundamental condition for the use of the Website:
- No Medical Advice: All content on the Website, including case descriptions, research results, self-assessment questionnaires, and explanations of treatment protocols (e.g., SGB, Ketamine, etc.), is provided for general informational purposes only (As-Is). - No Physician-Patient Relationship: Browsing the Website, providing details, or completing a questionnaire does not create a physician-patient relationship. Such a relationship shall be established only after signing dedicated Informed Consent forms within the clinical setting.

The Company disclaims all liability regarding the achievement of any specific medical outcome or success rates. 3. Screening Process and Suitability for Treatment
- The Company clarifies that the offered treatments are subject to strict medical contraindications. The Company reserves the exclusive right to refuse treatment to any person, based on the professional discretion of its physicians.
- Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change treatment protocols, rates, and availability presented on the Website at any time without prior notice.
4. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellation, and Change Policy
- Notice Requirement: Cancellation or change of an appointment scheduled at the clinic requires at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
- Cancellation Fees: The Company reserves the right to charge the User a full or partial fee for an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the case of a “No-Show,” to cover reserved medical staff and resources.
- Technical Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from the cancellation of an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, staff illness, etc.), and its obligation shall be limited to scheduling an alternative appointment.
5. Limitation of Liability for Damages
- In no event shall the Company, its owners, physicians, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage, whether physical or mental, resulting from the use of the Website, reliance on information therein, or any side effects occurring during or after treatment.
- The Company is not responsible for any worsening of a medical or mental condition existing in the User following the reading of content on the Website or the use of digital tools provided therein.
6. Submission of Details and Data Security
- The User undertakes to provide accurate and truthful information only.
