Health and medications
It is important to inform the team of any changes in your medical condition or medications.

Eating and drinking
It is recommended to eat a light meal and maintain adequate hydration on the day before the treatment.

On the day of treatment, please fast for about two hours before arriving at the clinic.

Substances to avoid
It is recommended to avoid alcohol and intoxicating substances for 24 hours before the treatment.

Arrival and accompaniment
Please arrive with a companion or arrange transportation home. Driving after the treatment is not permitted.

  •  The treatment takes place in a private and quiet room, seated in a comfortable chair in a supportive and respectful environment.
  • To ensure a pleasant and effective experience, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a blanket, an eye mask, and music with headphones.

What happens during the infusion:

  •  The infusion is administered slowly and usually lasts about 40 minutes to one hour, under close medical supervision.
  • During the treatment, sensations such as lightness, changes in time perception, or various mental experiences may occur. These sensations are expected and temporary.
  • The team monitors vital signs throughout the treatment to ensure full safety.

After the treatment:

  • After the infusion, you will remain under observation for a short period.
  • It is recommended to dedicate the rest of the day to rest and to avoid strenuous activity or making important decisions.

Emotional experience

  •  Emotional or cognitive changes may occur in the days following the treatment. These are part of the therapeutic process.
  • In many cases, the effect develops gradually as part of a series of treatments.
